Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AUMNI’s store, website, and services (the
"Services"). "We", "us" and "our" mean AUMNI; AUMNI is powered by Shopify. By visiting or using
the Services in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not
agree, do not use the Services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services,
and update these Terms, at any time without notice or liability. Your continued use means you
accept the changes.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must be the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for all activity on your account
and devices, including by any minor you permit, and for keeping your credentials secure. Information
you give us must be accurate and current. You may not transfer or share your account. We may
refuse service, close accounts, remove content, or cancel orders for anyone, at any time, in our sole
discretion, without notice or liability.
2. Products and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, and availability may be inaccurate or change at any
time without notice, and we may correct errors, limit quantities, or discontinue any product at our
sole discretion. We may cancel any order arising from a pricing or other error even after payment,
with a refund of the affected amount as your sole remedy. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping,
and any customs or import charges, which are your responsibility.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline for any reason. No contract exists
until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive full payment first. Once accepted, all orders are
final and we are not obligated to honor cancellation or change requests. You warrant that your
payment information is valid and authorized, and you authorize us and our processors to charge
your payment method for all amounts due, including taxes and shipping. Returns and exchanges are
available only as set out in our Refund Policy [LINK]. Except where a non-waivable law requires
otherwise, all sales are final, and purchases are for personal use only — not resale or export.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage
caused by carriers, customs, incorrect address details, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand products to the carrier.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks on the Services are owned by AUMNI, its affiliates, or licensors and are
protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may
not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, or exploit any part of the Services, or use

our names, logos, or marks, without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are
reserved.
6. Feedback and Reviews
Any feedback, reviews, or other content you submit ("Feedback") is granted to us under a perpetual,
irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, and
display it for any purpose, including commercially, with no compensation or attribution to you. You
warrant you hold all rights to your Feedback and that it is lawful and non-infringing. We may remove
any Feedback at our sole discretion and are not responsible for Feedback posted by you or others.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not break any law; infringe our or
others’ rights; harass, defame, or harm any person; transmit false information, spam, viruses, or
malicious code; collect others’ data; impersonate anyone; or use any bot, scraper, AI agent, or
automated means to access the Services or to bypass our security or access controls. We may
suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice or liability, if we believe you have
violated these Terms.
8. Agents
Any software agent (autonomous or semi-autonomous) accessing the Services must identify itself in
every request’s user-agent string as "Agent/[agent name]", must not conceal that it is an agent or
mimic humans, must answer truthfully whether it is human or automated, must not solve or bypass
CAPTCHAs or other controls, and must stop accessing the Services if we request it. We may limit
agent access by technical or other means.
9. Relationship with Shopify
AUMNI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales
and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with AUMNI. By using the Services, you
acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and
AUMNI, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You
hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising
from or related to your purchases and transactions with AUMNI.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS
IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO
NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME
JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE DISCLAIMERS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUMNI AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS (AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS,
REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE
AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS OR
FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT
FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AUMNI, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers,
employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable
attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right,
or your use of the Services. We may assume the exclusive defense of any such matter at your
expense, and you will not settle it without our written consent.
13. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration and Class Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to these
Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, not in court, and
you and AUMNI waive any right to a jury trial. You and AUMNI may bring claims only individually,
and not in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You agree to contact us first and
attempt to resolve any dispute informally for 30 days, and any claim must be brought within one (1)
year or be permanently barred, to the extent allowed by law. Provisions of this section that are
prohibited by non-waivable law will not apply to you.
14. Termination
We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause,
without notice or liability, and you remain liable for all amounts owed through termination. Sections
that by their nature should survive — including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers,
Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution — survive termination.
15. General
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any
provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed and the rest of these Terms remain in
effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement
between you and us and supersede any prior agreements. You may not assign your rights without
our written consent; we may freely assign ours. These Terms are governed by the laws of, and any
permitted court action will take place in, the jurisdiction where AUMNI is headquartered. We may
update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version, and continued use means
