Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how AUMNI ships physical book orders. By placing an order, you agree to
the terms below. All delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and verified.
Processing times are estimates only and may be longer during sales, holidays, or periods of high
demand. We do not guarantee any processing or dispatch date and are not liable for delays in
processing.
2. Shipping Times and Estimates
Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in our communications is an estimate only and is not a
guarantee. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled entirely by the carrier and is outside
our control. We are not responsible for, and will not refund or compensate for, late, delayed, or failed
deliveries.
3. Shipping Charges, Taxes and Duties
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. You are solely
responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and import fees, which are not included in
the product or shipping price. Refused or unclaimed shipments that are returned to us may be subject
to the original shipping cost and any return charges, which will be deducted from any refund.
4. Risk of Loss and Title
Title and all risk of loss or damage pass to you once we hand the order to the carrier. After that point,
the order is your responsibility. AUMNI is not liable for any package that is lost, stolen, damaged, or
delayed in transit. Any claim for loss or damage must be made by you directly with the carrier.
5. Delivery, Addresses and Failed Deliveries
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible
for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, it is considered delivered. Re-shipment of any order
returned, refused, or undeliverable due to your error is at your expense and at our sole discretion.
6. Carriers, Methods and Changes
We select the carrier, shipping method, and packaging at our sole discretion and may change them at
any time. We may split shipments, limit quantities, restrict shipping destinations, or decline to ship to
any location, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUMNI’s total liability for any shipping or delivery issue will not
exceed the amount you paid for shipping on the affected order, and we will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This policy forms part of, and is governed by, our
Terms of Service.
