Return & Refund Policy

At Aumni, we want you to love every book you buy from us. If something isn't right, we're here to
make it easy to return or exchange your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and
exchanges work for physical books purchased from Aumni.
1. Our 48-Hour Promise
You may return most physical books within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To
be eligible, items must be in their original, resalable condition—unused, unmarked, and with any
original packaging, shrink-wrap, or inserts intact.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
To keep prices fair for everyone, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Books that have been read, written in, highlighted, or otherwise show signs of use
• Items returned more than 48 hours after delivery
• Clearance, sale, or “final sale” titles marked as non-returnable at checkout
• Gift cards and downloadable or digital products
• Items without proof of purchase from Aumni
3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return takes just a few minutes:
• Contact us at aumni.bookstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number
and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• Receive your instructions. We'll email you a return authorization and the address to ship to
within 1–2 business days.
• Pack & ship. Securely pack the book(s) and send them back using the method we provide. We
recommend a tracked service so your return doesn't get lost.
Please do not send items back before receiving a return authorization—unauthorized returns may not
be processed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to
your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider,
it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Refunds cover the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless
the return is due to our error (see Section 6).
5. Exchanges
Want a different title or a fresh copy? The fastest way is to return your eligible item for a refund and
place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange—for example, a damaged book swapped for the
same title—just let us know at aumni.bookstore@gmail.com and we'll arrange it.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We inspect every order, but mistakes and shipping damage occasionally happen. If your book arrives
damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at aumni.bookstore@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs—and you
won't be asked to pay return shipping.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. For returns
caused by our error—a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—Aumni covers all return shipping
costs.
8. Bundles & Promotional Offers
If you return part of a multi-book bundle or a promotional offer (such as a “Buy 2” deal), the discount
applied to that promotion may be adjusted. Your refund will reflect the actual price paid for the item(s)
you keep. Free gifts or bonus items included with a promotion should be returned along with the
qualifying purchase.

This policy applies to physical books purchased directly from Aumni. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have
under applicable consumer protection laws. Aumni may update this policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of
your purchase applies.
